WHO IS ISAIAH MICHALSKI?
Isaiah Michalski was 21 years old and still an undergraduate when he became the youngest screenwriter ever to write a charting Netflix feature film.
He is now in production on his directorial debut, an international crime drama, executive produced by Emmy-nominated show runner Anna Winger (UNORTHODOX). Production is scheduled to wrap early 2026.

Isaiah has written or co-written some of Germany’s highest profile television productions.
These include the upcoming Netflix drama-comedy series K.A.H., Netflix crime film BUBA, a spin-off of the How To Sell Drugs Online (Fast) series, the Amazon drama LOVE ADDICTS, and the award winning Netflix crime comedy KING OF STONKS, Winner of Best Comedy in German Emmys. He has developed film and television projects for Netflix, Apple, Amazon, HBO, and others.
He writes alongside his mother and collaborator, Gemma Michalski. Together, they are known collectively as “Mom&Son.”

His theatrical directing work has been showcased at the American Repertory Theatre, the English Theatre Berlin, the Arts First Festival. His plays have been performed internationally in London, Boston, Istanbul, and Berlin. Before that, Isaiah trained at the Berlin Schaubühne’s prestigious “Director’s Apprenticeship” program.
