By the time he graduated from Harvard in 2022, Isaiah had been part of the writers' room for two award winning Netflix dramas (King of Stonks and Buba) and an Amazon series (Love Addicts). He contributed to the writers' room of a newly announced Netflix drama-comedy series (KadH).

Isaiah trained at the Berlin Schaubühne’s prestigious “Director’s Apprenticeship” program. His theatrical work has been showcased at the American Repertory Theatre, the English Theatre Berlin, the Arts First Festival, and has been performed internationally in London, Boston, Istanbul, and Berlin.

As an actor, he has worked with directors Roland Emmerich and Paul Anderson. He writes alongside his mother and collaborator, Gemma Michalski. Together, they are known collectively as “Mom&Son.”
