Isaiah Michalski is the youngest screenwriter to have written a charting Netflix feature film.
Isaiah Michalski is a Netflix- and Amazon-produced screenwriter and director. He’s worked for projects at Apple, HBO and cinema. Before he graduated from Harvard in 2022, Isaiah had written and co-written two award winning Netflix productions and an Amazon series. His credits include the miniseries King of Stonks and the Netflix smash-hit “How To Sell Drugs Online (Fast)” spin-off Buba. He is currently part of the writers' room of a newly announced Netflix drama-comedy series (KadH).
He is also in production of his cinematic directorial debut, the feature film Three Years, Three Days, Three Seconds, executive produced by Emmy-nominated showrunner Anna Winger. As an actor, he has worked with directors Roland Emmerich and Paul Anderson. Isaiah trained at the Berlin Schaubühne’s prestigious “Director’s Apprenticeship” program.
His award winning theatrical directing work has been showcased at the American Repertory Theatre, the English Theatre Berlin, the Arts First Festival, and has been performed internationally in London, Boston, Istanbul, and Berlin.
He writes alongside his mother and collaborator, Gemma Michalski. Together, they are known collectively as “Mom&Son.”
